The Encounters series can range from dialogue sessions with the curatorial team, to artists' talks, workshops and master classes, to press conferences, symposiums, forums, and other social events usually associated with other international Biennales.

Other aspects to watch out for during SB2006 will be 'Telah Terbit' (Out Now) and VivoCity Public Art Project.
Satellite Events
Satellite Events are visual art exhibitions and events that coincide with the period of the Singapore Biennale (4 Sep to 12 Nov, 2006). They fall under the umbrella of the Singapore Biennale, but are organised independently by various different organisations and individuals.
