The rationale behind the creative concept of the Singapore Biennale 2006 stems from the strong belief of marrying visual art with street culture - an intervention of art into public spaces, allowing art to be an integral part of everyday life.

In collaboration with French artist, Agathe de BAILLIENCOURT, this non-conformist mode of execution will reflect the omnipresence of art in almost every imaginable place or object and will evoke positive participation and interest from the general public.
